How to Implement VoIP in a GSM Network

The use of GSM terminals has greatly increased in the past few years along with VoIP networks.  The GSM/VoIP Network configuration allows service providers to bypass local phone lines while communicating with a GSM mobile handset. This bypass creates a reduction in price because you are avoiding the cost associated with telephone companies. For example, in many countries in Africa cell phone rates are extremely high.
