New Retail Store Agent Recharge Feature
Many calling card providers rely on agents and resellers to promote their prepaid cards in retail stores. With PINless calling card services becoming more popular, agents also need a way to promote these services. Using the IPsmarx Agent Interface, agents at retail stores have traditionally been able to recharge customers’ accounts using a computer with web access. Now, agents can also recharge accounts over the phone, eliminating the need for a computer and web access at each retail location. With the our new Agent Recharge feature for the IPsmarx Calling Card Platform, this process is now extremely efficient and easy to manage.
Here’s how it works.
Reseller Recharge Scenario
1. Customer goes to a retail location to recharge their PINless calling card account.
2. The agent will use their phone to dial an access number and enter their agent ID followed by the # key.
3. The agent will then enter the number and dollar amount they want to recharge followed by the # key.
4. The agent can also use the IVR menu to listen to their balance, enable pinless, disable pinless, and recharge their reseller account balance.
