• Customer dials the access number from a landline or cell phone (free call)
• Busy tone is heard so they hang up
• The system recognizes the user’s phone number, scans the database, if number is found, then it will call the user back
• They are asked to dial destination number
• Call is connected and charged for actual call time

WEB Callback

• Customer enters username and password on website
• The system verifies username and password
• Customer then enters their phone number and the destination number
• The system dials both phone numbers and connect them
• Customer is charged for actual call time

Customers can even store frequently dialed numbers in their callback address book and make a call after the first call is dis-connected by hitting pound-pound on their keypad.
