- The system recognizes the user’s phone number, scans the database, if number is found, then it will call the user back
- They are asked to dial destination number
- Call is connected and charged for actual call time
WEB Callback
- Customer enters username and password on website
- The system verifies username and password
- Customer then enters their phone number and the destination number
- The system dials both phone numbers and connect them
- Customer is charged for actual call time
