Once your business client signs up for your service, they can easily define their own extensions, record voicemail greetings, and set up their own preferences online, without having to install any routers or switches at their location. Because IPsmarx solutions are compatible with a wide range of IP phones and adapters, your clients will not be restricted to the brand of handset they can use. It will be up to you to decide which brands of IP phones or Adapters to offer to your clients. We even support Video phones!

Once your clients are set up with IP phones or adapters, you can use our Auto-Provisioning feature to configure the phones automatically and assign DID’s, so in a matter of minutes, your clients are ready to begin making and receiving calls using cost saving VoIP. If they need to make changes to a phone number, extension, or voicemail, your clients can do this easily through their own web portal, without having to manage any equipment.
