Businesses that make international calls frequently may not be ready to fully switch to a VoIP PBX, but they still want to take advantage of the savings of VoIP rates.
By offering PINless service, businesses can give their employees a local phone number to dial and they they are prompted to enter the international destination they want to reach. Because IPsmarx solutions include package billing as well as postpaid billing, business clients don’t have to maintain a prepaid account. Service providers can either bill them at the end of every month or create a special package that includes a set number of minutes per month and then automatically charge the business at the end of each billing period.
With DID Forwarding, business clients who dial the same phone numbers frequently can get local phone numbers that automatically route the call to the intended destination. For example, if a company has multiple locations and one employee in the USA is always calling another employee in London, each employee can be given a local number to dial in which to reach the other. They never have to waste time dialing the international code to reach this particular person.
